IEC is neither an anonymous platform nor a firm that hands your case to juniors. The one who signs answers for the method, and can defend it before a court.
Attorney · Director of Investigations
He has led 300+ investigations into misconduct, harassment, conflict of interest, retaliation and fraud for multinational companies, with matters across Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Brazil and the United States, in regulated, bilingual, high-sensitivity corporate environments, reporting to global legal, compliance and HR functions.
His practice combines Mexican labor law and the region’s frameworks with international investigative methodology: ACFE standards, Wicklander-Zulawski investigative interviewing, and ISO/TS 37008 and ISO 37002 for internal investigations and whistleblowing systems. On that foundation he built IEC’s proprietary methodologies (ICHR™, DDA™ and CAL-5.X) which today let the firm promise what it promises: 48-hour triage and defensible case files, at subscription scale.
Every investigation is conducted in-house, end to end: the one who signs the triage conducts the interviews and answers for the report. IEC does not subcontract or delegate its investigative work to third parties. Fewer hands on the case file means one thing for your company: real confidentiality.
Before accepting any matter, IEC screens for conflicts of interest involving the parties, the company and its advisors. If impartiality cannot be guaranteed, the matter is declined and referred. A firm whose product is the credibility of its case files cannot afford a single one without it.
