These terms govern access to and use of the IEC website. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site.
The information published on this site (including articles, guides, service descriptions and diagnostic materials) is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice for any specific matter, must not be used as a substitute for professional advice, and its use is the sole responsibility of the reader.
Using this site, submitting forms, booking a diagnostic session or any preliminary communication does not create an attorney-client or services relationship with IEC. Such a relationship arises only through a services agreement expressly executed in writing. Please do not send confidential information or third parties’ data before such an agreement and the corresponding safeguards are in place.
IEC provides independent workplace investigation and integrity services. IEC does not provide litigation representation and does not guarantee specific outcomes in disciplinary, labor or regulatory matters. Organizations remain responsible at all times for their own internal decisions and compliance with applicable law. Final scope, service levels and pricing are set exclusively in the master services agreement.
The content of this site (text, design, graphic art) and IEC’s methodologies, including ICHR™, DDA™ and CAL-5.X, are the property of IEC or used under license. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited. Third-party marks and names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
The site integrates third-party services (such as Calendly and Typeform) and may contain external links. IEC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of such third parties; their use is governed by each provider’s terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEC shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. The site is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the State of Puebla. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Puebla de Zaragoza, Puebla, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction.
